I immediately contacted Google Fi, and they escalated the issue. I also had two other packages from FedEx delivered the same day, which were left in the centralized mailroom, but this specific package from Google Fi wasn't? I was baffled by this! Why would FedEx leave a package in front of student housing, especially when they have been delivering packages for years to our university? They cannot access the building lobby because it requires an ID swipe, so I'm not sure what FedEx driver thought it was a good idea to leave it outside. I immediately looked at the tracking, and the tracking information shows it was left at the front door. Once I came back to my apartment on campus in December, I picked up all the packages, but the Google Fi package was missing? I was back at my parent’s house and not on campus, so I could not immediately pick up the package once it was delivered. The package was delivered on November 30th, and I did not bother with checking the tracking details as I am used to the package being delivered to the mail room’s front desk. I had shipped the phone to my university campus address all packages are sent to a centralized building to pick it up once we get a package notification. I traded in my Galaxy S10 for a trade-in value of $480 to be credited back into my credit card and placed the order.

I placed an order on Google Fi during Thanksgiving Weekend when they had the Note 20 for $500 with enhanced trade-in values. I hope that everyone on this subreddit can help me find a solution or get the attention of someone who works at Google Fi. EDIT: Thank you so much to everyone for upvoting, commenting and offering insights/suggestions!
